Do you charge for mobile visits?
We charge a small travel fee of $35 for mobile appointments — this brings professional, one-on-one service right to your door. The fee is fully waived with any shoe purchase, so if you find the right pair during your visit, there's no travel cost at all.
How much do shoes cost?
Our orthopedic shoes range from $125–$220 depending on brand and style. We also offer complete foot health packages starting at $399 that bundle shoes, insoles, and compression socks — often at the same price you'd pay buying each item separately. All packages include free shipping in Sterling Heights, Troy, Rochester, Utica & Metro Detroit.
How long does the assessment take?
About 30–45 minutes depending on how many styles you'd like to try. We never rush — this is your fitting and we want to get it right.
Do I need a prescription?
No prescription needed. We provide expert fitting and honest recommendations based on your foot type, lifestyle, and comfort needs.
Can I order a different color or size?
Absolutely. If we don't have your exact color or size in stock, we'll place a special order. Standard shipping applies for individual special orders. All package orders ship free.
Do you visit senior centers and care facilities?
Yes — senior centers, assisted living facilities, and care homes are a core part of what we do. Contact us to schedule a group fitting event for your community.
Are your products HSA and FSA eligible?
Yes! Orthopedic shoes and insoles are eligible for purchase using your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). This is a great way to use your benefits on footwear that genuinely improves your health. Just let us know at the time of purchase and we'll make sure you get the right documentation.
Do you offer financing?
